Incorrect, Missing or Damaged Item
We’re here to help with your Bitty Boomers purchase and we’re sorry it didn’t arrive as expected. Let’s get this fixed right away!
Within 15 days of receiving your purchase, email info@gamedaykeepsakes.com with the following details to receive a replacement item:
Item name
Explanation of issue or damage, if physical damage please include a photo
Your contact number and full name for shipping
Proof of purchase with order number, we will use the proof of purchase to replace the incorrect, missing or damaged item at no additional cost to you
Please do not return item by mail until Bitty Boomers has initiated the return process. If inventory is no longer available to replace the identical model, we will contact you for a full refund or with replacement options. Game Day Keepsakes works hard to ensure our customers are happy and we thank you for reaching out!
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. If you are not able to complete your order online please send us a message to info@gamedaykeepsakes.com and we can better assist you with an international order. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Game Day Keepsakes works hard to ship your order as soon as it is received. However we are not able to guarantee the accuracy of shipping dates should our third party carriers experience delays outside our control.
Dimensions
Out of the box, our Bitty Boomers are 45mm x 45mm (2" x 2"). Some Bitty Boomers may be slightly larger due to appendages, hair or accessories.
Care Instructions
Bitty Boomers are tiny electronics that fit in your pocket. Keep them safe from the rain, they are not waterproof!
